Botswana investment opportunities

Project name: Zebra’s Den

Geographical location: Central Botswana (Boteti Sub District)

Project Description: The project proposes a mid to high market safari camp/lodge situated in the pristine wilderness of the renowned Makgadikgadi National Park. Perched high on a cliff overlooking the dry riverbed of the Boteti River, this exceptional retreat will offer guests the opportunity to experience exhilarating wildlife encounters and breath-taking vistas.

Project name: Makgadikgadi Site

Geographical location: Central Botswana
Project Description: The project proposes a mid to high market safari camp/lodge situated on the Southern edge of Sua Pan within The Makgadikgadi Pans, one of the largest salt pans in the world covering an area of 12,000 km2. During the wet season the area attracts large herds of zebra and wildebeest as well as of thousands of flamingos.

Project name: Batlokwa Culture Centre and Living Museum

Geographical location: South East Botswana

Project Description: Modern – Living Art Museum to encompass and capture Batlokwa heritage and rich history, with a library and archive area for records. It will also caters for an all events venue that is very modern and aesthetically pleasing as well as, its unique venue to host culturally inclined activities such as;
a) Sanctuary for Meditation Ground and Wellness Centre.
b) Batlokwa Heritage and Commemoration Wall
c) History of Batlokwa Plaques
d) Contemporary Art works studios that incorporate and integrates Batlokwa as Morafe and their uniqueness as a tribe.

Project Description: Project proposes development of a Golf Course and Hotel Resort on the outskirts of the renowned Maun village, often referred to as the gateway to the world-renowned Okavango Delta and the Golf Course Resort site is located along the route to the Maun Game Reserve.
